Beginners

To unleash the full potential of this amazing tool you must first learn how to use the kettlebell safely and effectively. Our beginner workshops are aimed at teaching you the basics; Classes last an hour and are broken down into 3 parts:

  1. The first part will focus on unlocking the joints of the body. Using our fun and dynamic 3 dimensional exercises we will ensure your body is warm, can move freely and as one unit.
  2. The second part is devoted to learning how to lift, swing, hold, press and pull the kettlebells. With our expertise in functional biomechanics and kettlebell training you can feel confident that your technique is nothing less then perfect.
  3. The Third part is all about your abs, using the kettlebells and body weight we'll focus on making your abs rock solid. We do this by breaking your abs down into 3 parts and working each part effectively, helping you build the perfect 6 pack.

Intermediate/Advanced

Once you have mastered the basic kettlebell movements it's time to take your training to the next level. During our one-hour Intermediate/Advanced workshop you'll be introduced to;

  1. New 3 dimensional warm up exercises aimed at increasing your flexibility in any direction. Using lightweights we'll train unused muscles to work effectively, while increasing your range of motion.
  2. More powerful and challenging kettlebell exercise and circuits. Here's where you'll;
